okey...my Saddler, colored with colored (HA!) pencils...
...not so epic as I planned it to be...but at least its not another picture thats making fun of him...claw penis, tentacle rape, gay purple guy with a staff, random replaceable villain....and so on (sometimes I'm so tired...  )!Maybe I should write and put up a PRO Saddler essay... "Why I love Osmund Saddler" an essay by Melany... aka MrsSaddler... yeah I think that sounds nice ....  *walks off to cry a little* |

I'd be interested to see that pro-Saddler essay. I'm not really a big fan (more like neutral) but neither was I a fan of Krauser or Salazar until some great Krauser fanfics and some really cute Salazar fanart convinced me otherwise.
Neutral is better than all those "Anti - Everything" people!

I hope you continue practising with colours. When I look at your gallery, you have improved your drawing skills to the point you are very good at photorealistic style, and maybe learning to use colours would be next?
It's sort of, you know, it's good to try to expand your limits. Learning to use the colours gives another layer to work with which to give the impression you want with your work.
If I may suggest, try using the colours in the way that's not photorealistic. Play with lighting and shadows to set the mood. Sometimes it can be effective to use completely different colours than the real ones.
